How do I update my name?
- Log in to the 📱 app
- Select the 👤 Profile button on the bottom navigation bar
- Select the ⚙️ Settings button
- Update your name in the First Name or Last Name field
- Select the UPDATE button
- Receive the confirmation pop-up, indicating your name has been successfully updated
Is my full name displayed throughout the application?
Yes! Your full name will be displayed throughout the application but don't worry, Howl users never see your verified home address.
How do I update my email address?
😔 You do not have the ability to change your email address within the application right now, but we are working on it! Please contact support@howl.com to change your email address with us.
How do I update my password?
- Log in to the 📱 app
- Select the 👤 Profile button on the bottom navigation bar
- Select the ⚙️ Settings button
- Select the Password field
- Enter your old password
- Enter your 🆕 new password
- Confirm your 🆕 new password by entering it again
- Select the UPDATE PASSWORD button
- You will receive a confirmation pop-up, indicating your password has been successfully updated
How do I update my phone number?
- Log in to the 📱 app
- Select the 👤 Profile button on the bottom navigation bar
- Select the ⚙️ Settings button
- Select the Phone Number field
- Enter a valid US mobile 🔢 phone number
- Select the UPDATE PHONE NUMBER button
- Enter the code that was sent to your 🔢 phone number
- Select the VERIFY PHONE NUMBER button
- You will receive a confirmation pop-up, indicating your password has been successfully updated
⚠️You must verify the updated phone number in order to proceed using the app.
How do I update my home address?
Currently, you do not have the ability to change your verified address in the application, but we are working on it! For now, please contact support@howl.com and we will be able to update your home address for you!
