Deleting your account is 🔚 permanent and you will need to create a 🆕 new account if you decide to 🪃 come back!
Before making the final decision to leave Howl, we recommend exploring these helpful tools that specifically address the common issues that might be causing you to consider leaving:
- If you're receiving too many notifications, please review how to turn off Pack notifications by visiting the Notification Management article: Notification Management
- If you're not seeing any activity in your feed or map, please refer nearby residents to the application by visiting the Referrals article.
- If your verified home address has recently changed, please email support@howl.com and we would be happy to change your address for you.

How do I delete my account?
- Log in to the 📱 app
- Select the 👤 Profile button on the bottom navigation bar
- Select the ⚙️ Settings button
- Scroll ⬇️ down to the bottom of the screen
- Select the Delete account button
- Select a reason for why you are 👋 leaving Howl
- Select the DELETE ACCOUNT FOREVER button
Can I temporarily deactivate my account?
Currently, that functionality is 😞 unavailable, but will become 😃 available in the future!
