      Cancel Code

      Cancel code is important to cancel your pack alert and used to identify a user who has Howl monitoring.

      Setting Cancel Code to Stop an Alert

      Once an alert is activated, your Pack will be notified that you are in trouble and need help. In order to cancel the alert, you must remember your Cancel Code. When an alert is activated, there will be a prompt to enter the Cancel Code. Enter your custom Cancel Code to cancel your alert, stop the alarm, and notify your Pack members that you are no longer in trouble.

      Edit Cancel Code

      1. Click your avatar icon on the top right of any page.
      2. Click “Account Details”.
      3. Click “Cancel Code.”
      4. Enter your existing Cancel Code, and click “Next.”
      5. Enter your new Cancel Code, and click “Submit.
